Local Delivery
Local delivery is provided for customers who live in the San Diego County area. Our carpenters will personally deliver and install your table for you. Contact us to find out if you are within our local delivery area.Â
Nationwide Shipping
Shipment Release and Final Approval
Final photos of the completed product will be emailed to the customer before the table is crated and shipped. Customers must review final photos of the completed table carefully. If there is any discrepancy or concern that needs to be altered or addressed, please contact us. We will not ship your table until you have signed a final approval shipment release form. The Shipment Release Form will be emailed to customers along with the final photos for review.
Shipment & Tracking Information
All orders are packed carefully in large wooden crates and shipped through FedEx Freight. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Once your order arrives at its destination terminal the freight provider will call you to schedule your delivery appointment.Â
This is a driveway delivery only. FedEx will not bring the crate into your home for you. Please plan ahead and have appropriate help ready to carry your table into your home, if necessary.Â
Receiving Shipment / Damaged Products
Our carpenters carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure each order is delivered safe and sound. We encourage you to do the same once you receive your order. You must be present at time of delivery to inspect and sign for your product. Please inspect the crate for any damage before signing. If there appears to be damage to the crate, open it and inspect the product before signing. If there is damage to the product, refuse the shipment, document it with a photo and call us. If the damage is reported, we will be able to replace your product or refund your money.
