Since 2021, Old Fashioned Lumber has been commissioned to work on a variety of projects which include turning unique reclaimed wood beams from The Del into breathtaking fireplace mantels, dining tables and other home furnishings.

Bring unique character and warmth into your home by remodeling with a fireplace mantel shelf that over 100 years. With their artisan accents, these hand-hewn fireplace mantels showcase the craftsmanship that went into the original construction of the hotel.

Carved using a broad axe, this reclaimed hotel beam would be a true rustic fireplace mantel in your home or place of work. We custom these solid wood timbers to your specific dimensions and apply the right finish to complement its final resting place.

Milled over a century ago, some of our reclaimed wood mantels were rough-sawn and still show their distinctive circular marks. Commonly used as structural timbers, these wood mantels have a more even surface. Notch pockets, natural checking, weathered grain, saw marks and nail holes, guarantee your reclaimed wood mantel is one-of-a-kind.
