Celebrities such as Douglas Fairbanks, Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino, Clark Gable, Errol Flynn, Mae West, Joan Crawford, Katharine Hepburn, Bette Davis and Ginger Rogers all made their way to The Del.

Since 2021, Old Fashioned Lumber has been commissioned to work on a variety of projects which include turning unique reclaimed wood beams from The Del into breathtaking fireplace mantels, dining tables and other home furnishings.
